I created this sign in kiosk to track and gather information of real estate open house attendees. Before this sign in was created, the guests were required to sign in using a notepad and paper. 
Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, this took open house sign to a more sophisticated level and served multiple functions. First, it validates the customer's information and makes sure that they are entering a correct phone number and email address. Next, this information is sent to the Realtor immediately to track and follow up with open house attendees. It was great for lead generation. Finally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was also a way to track the guests who came to visit. If an exposure happened, the guests could be notified.
